With her stock of curly hair tied neatly back in a bun and pair of almond shaped curious eyes smiling back at you,I found Neelam vivacious.
While we got speaking,I realised that there was something about her besides the looks which made her a successful founder.
Much later in the coversation I realised,it was her unwavering focus to succeed.
“ Two failures later,I had given up.Wanted to get back to a regular job.But then I don’t know how things suddenly changed for better.”
Neelam flashed her bright smile at me as we got chatting in her well appointed Gurgaon office.
But is that an attribute enough to become a successful enterprenuer? I doubt.
